I just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased I am with Jason in your service department. I brought my Van in to have a broken valve stem fixed on my tire as I was picking up my new CRV. He was very professional and took care of my concerns. As I was ready to leave with the new CRV, I needed to get some things from my van. He was very helpful in taking me to the service area and even took off my old plates for me.
I normally deal with Honda in Mississauga but after dealing with Jason I'll be using Sisley for all my service needs. Not only for my new CRV but also my wife's Civic. I know dealing with the public isn't easy but Jason really treated me like I was the only customer in building. By just being courteous and listening, he has earned Sisley at least 2 more customers.

He always takes the time to listen to me and understand my concerns before making the best recommendation possible. He is efficient and courteous and a pleasure to work with.
On June 4 I had to bring my car in for some detailing work. I was very upset that tar had been sprayed on my entire car and was concerned it was not going to come off and would damage the paint. Konrad and the detailing team took the time to look over the car with me and discuss the solution. They made me feel confident that I was in good hands and that they would take good care of my car. I was delighted when I returned to pickup my car the next day! It looked brand new.

I just wanted to thank you again for looking after the problem with the cable reel assembly on my "06 Civic which was replaced this past Thursday. Also, please convey my thanks to both Bob & Jason for their excellent customer service. My car sounds fine now and I am just hoping that this problem does not recur since the original technician who looked at it, had said he has done this job before on '06 Civics but sometimes there is a design flaw which means it cannot be fixed--hope my car isn't one of those! I will be sure to mention to my several friends who have bought/serviced at Sisley how well I was treated. Take care and have a great summer.

My wife brought in our 2003 Honda Pilot for servicing and dealt with Jason last week.
He was pleasant, courteous and prompt and did a great job of dealing with us as the "front line person" for servicing including some cost issues which have been a concern of ours when bringing our Pilot to Sisley.
If we bring in our car again our preference is to work with Jason.
